About the opportunity An opportunity has arisen for a Sales & Key Account Associate to join a stable and supportive team. You will work closely with a highly experienced manager, gradually taking ownership of key pharmaceutical accounts while developing your technical and commercial knowledge. This position is office based in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne, covering major healthcare accounts across Australia & New Zealand. Responsibilities Support the delivery of sales initiatives and account strategies across the pharmaceutical and healthcare portfolio. Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers, ensuring communication is clear and consistent. Assist with forecasting, budgeting and monitoring account performance to meet business objectives. Take part in new product development projects, liaising with pre-press, production and quality teams. Manage order processing, quotations, customer queries and administrative requirements to ensure a smooth end-to-end service. Skills and Experience Background in sales, customer service or account management within packaging, pharmaceuticals or related industries. Strong communication skills with the ability to listen, collaborate and build rapport. Comfortable working in a hands-on environment, demonstrating persistence and a willingness to learn. High attention to detail with solid organisational and problem-solving abilities. Technically minded and eager to develop knowledge in pharmaceutical packaging and labelling.
